ABOUT MICHAEL
My objective as a fitness expert is to show and educate clients that everyone is capable of achieving the results they desire when it comes to their health and fitness, and much more! And also, that they can have a lot of fun along the way!
I have been working as a personal trainer and fitness consultant for countless people for over 20 years.
I first started to take up weight training as a 15 year old as a means to strengthen and better condition myself for competitive hockey and soccer that I was heavily involved in.
As a child and later into my teens and early 20’s I was always involved in competitive sports; from hockey to soccer to rugby to track and field races and competitions. Through competitive sports I made a smooth transition to weight training and exercise for aesthetics and bodybuilding.
Through my own journey through sports to exercise and weight training, and seeing first hand how my body changed over the years, I've learned many valuable life lessons in how to achieve success at anything: Discipline, Consistency, Determination, Motivation and Positive Thinking.
